Send us negatives, photos and CD/DVD etc. along with your printing instructions. Don't be afraid to supply us with explicit written instructions and if necessary use an additional sheets of paper to fully explain what you need. Don't worry! If there are any doubts at all we will telephone you on receipt of your work to confirm your order.
Mail Order Photo Service - Payment
Payment may be made by credit and debit card . We accept Visa, Master Card & American Express. Don't forget to include the cards expiry date, start date . All prices shown on this web site are in Euros and inclusive of VAT. You can also pay credit card over the phone.
Mail Order Photo Service - Turn Around Times
The times quoted throughout this web site are given as a guide to average in-lab turn around times. Occasionally, due to seasonal workload variations, turnaround times may be exceeded. If you require an order urgently, please use express post or Special Delivery.
Mail Order Photo Service - Cropping, Print finishing and Colour Matching
Certain film formats are incompatible with standard industry sizes (a 35mm full frame to 10" x 8" requires substantial cropping). Please select a compatible print size or allow for this when ordering. Sizes shown are in inches and may be fractionally under or over the sizes quoted. Colour is a subjective medium. If you require us to match a previous order, please include a sample print. Note, however, that due to paper batch variations and the limitations of the dyes used in the photographic process, it is not always possible to guarantee an exact colour match of guide prints / samples. In the absence of specific instructions we will use our expertise to aim for a truly faithful reproduction of the original scene.
Mail Order Photo Service - Copyright
Orders for reproduction of photographs etc., are accepted on the strict understanding that the customer holds the copyright. The customer must assume liability for any resulting action brought about by a third party.
Mail Order Photo Service - Liability
It is impossible for us to assess the value of originals and unprocessed film supplied by the customer, and the charges made for our services do not reflect or incorporate unlimited liability. Customers should insure work of a special value and advise us accordingly. All orders for processing and printing are accepted on the basis that their value does not exceed the cost of equivalent new unprocessed material. Liability for loss or damage is limited to replacement of the material itself in accordance with usual laboratory practice.

Standard Post
Standard Post offers a reliable way to send your parcels - €7.00 Per parcel.
Express Post
Express Post guarantees delivery by close of business on the next working day to any address in the Republic of Ireland - €11.00 Per parcel.
Express Post
Registered Post provides you with a signature to verify delivery and limited insurance to anywhere in Ireland - €11.00 Per parcel.
Courier
Larger items will be delivered by standard courier - €10.00 Per Item.

All prints up to and including 12"x 8" will normally be packed flat, larger prints will be rolled and supplied in a postal tube.
We cannot be held responsible for items that go missing via An Post. If An Post are unable to deliver first class mail it is normally returned to the sender. However, in certain circumstances the post man may leave an item outside a door if it is too large to go through the letter box. If you think that security may be a problem at your address please consider asking us to post your item to you by registered post or Special Delivery. It will cost slightly more but it is 100% effective.
Orders over €50 in value are normally sent out via registered post.
